We had:

47 homes sell in Fox Mill Estates in 2010
The average list price for a home sold was $455,253
The lowest price home sold was on Bradwell for $303,000 - a foreclosure
The highest price home sold was on Quincy Adams Ct(my Listing) for $576,000

There is only one other agent that sells so many single family homes in 20171 besides me. The agent does discount her listing commissions. In all the homes that sold in 20171, her close price to original sales price was 94.8%. My close price to original sales price in comparison was 98.3%. There were 266 homes that sold with an  average sales price of $612,404. On average, I sell my homes based on the original estimate of sale price given to a seller at a listing presentation 3.5% higher. When based on average sales price in 20171, that is $21,434 dollars more. If you take her commission discount into play, my seller's bottom line is $12,248.00 higher!
