Another great week in real estate for both the buyers and the sellers. It is exciting to see so much activity. We have 81 single family homes for sale in Oak Hill/Herndon. We had 17 new listings which is a lot for this time of the year and not sure why so many new listings in June. Very interesting since we are in June and parents are focusing on graduation parties, school parties and summer vacations.
