My Real Estate Blog

As I thought, last week numbers were a fluke. We had 8 new listings and have a total of 25 active single family homes on the  market in 20171. To see the new homes, click http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?ID=40484688391. We have 6 homes sell this week, much better than last week. To see those homes, click http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?k=524916XJRPL&p=DE-134135297-46. Two of the houses that sold last week were my listings. One was a new listing and the other was one that I was not able to sell the last 3 months of 2010. The market has changed a lot since that time. I had 3 listings on the market during that time that I was not able to sell. We decided to take them off the market for the Holidays. So far, I have put 2 of the listings back on the market this year at the same price and both got contracts on them in 24 hours at full price.  The third one is coming on the market this weekend and we will see. Sellers should be thinking of selling their homes this Spring to get the better prices. Have a great February Day - Keep thinking Spring.
