Well, the market did not slow down last week after all. Another great week in real estate. There were 10 new listings that came on the market in Oak Hill/Herndon. Three more than last week and the inventory was held in check with 54 single family homes on the market. Well, the federal government subsidy program ends this week so it will be interesting to see what happens in the real estate market. I still see a slow down of the number of buyers coming through the listings so there might be a change on the horizon but the market is not reflecting this.
