This week, we have 60 single family homes on the market in 20171 up 7 to 8 from last week. Last year at this time, we had 121 single family homes on the market - so the inventory is half of what it was last year and has been unusually low since about December 2008. There were 13 new listings that came on this week - which is a little more typical of the start of Spring. Last year this time, they were also 13 new listings. 2 of the homes this year were relisted. Hopefully, we will continue to see improvement on the seller sold homes.
