We have 62 single family homes on the market in Oak Hill/Herndon - the same as last week. We had 11 new listings come on the market - which is also the same as last week. The Spring marker usually stays in the 8 to 12 range till the end of May and then starts going down in numbers. Our overall inventory is remaining low.
