The real estate market did well this week. The best it has done this year so far for both buyers and sellers. We had 10 new single family homes come on the market in 20171. As we get into June, the market traditionally begins to slow down due to summer break for kids, too hot and muggy to get in an out of the car to visit homes and people start focusing on their vacation plans. Real Estate can be so unpredictable - just like the stock market - hindsight is always great and very reliable - we just have to wait and see.
