We have total of 54 single family homes on the market in Oak Hill/Herndon - one up from next week. 11 homes sold this week, which is terrific real estate news. The market did great and hope it continues. I did notice a little less traffic in listings this weekend and a few less people at my Open House on Sunday. I hope that it is just a blip in our market. It is hard to tell when a trend develops or that the real estate market is changing unless you get a few weekends behind you. We have to watch and see if the inventory net number of home increases and the number of homes selling each week substantially changes downward. We will see how this week and weekend develops. I hope it continues to be strong through June.
