The inventory is very low now in Oak Hill/Herndon. We had 4 new listings come on the market this week and only 54 single family homes for sale. Two of the houses were on the market over 290 days and one was a investor sale that has sold several times in the past 2 years. September should be a good month - but only time will tell.
