As expected, the market was slow this week for the Holiday weekend. There are 54 single family homes on the market in Oak Hill/Herndon - up slightly form last week. Only 3 homes sold this week and one of those was a 3800 above ground sq foot home on the market on Iron Forge at $595,000 - a short sale. Hopefully, now that summer is over, we will see some zip in the market. I hope you enjoyed your Labor Day weekend.
