We hobbled through the first week of school. There were 79 single family dwellings on the market - still very low for September. There were 6 new homes that came on the market - two of which were reissues and none of them were foreclosures or pre-foreclosures. Only 2 homes sold this week which hopefully will change this week now that summer is over. Prices seem to be stabilized which should help the both the buyers and the sellers.
