The market did well but it seems the traffic in the listings is low and the open houses are slow. Houses that are neutral, where the buyers do not have to do work or spend money to update the home, are still selling at good prices. Others are struggling to sell. You can see this in the new listing on John Milton Drive. It is an 1800 sq foot model - totally renovated - came on the market for $550,000 and sold quickly.  The larger model that was on Thomas Young Court that had not been updated was on the market 30 days. It came on the market at $580,000 and they lowered it to $550,000 and the home got a contract. This week, we have 58 homes for sale, down from the low 60s. One was a short sale and some on the market from just a few days to 100 days.
