Well, the market is doing pretty well as expected as we get closer to the Holidays. We have 27 active single family homes on the market in OakHill 20171. Of those, 3 were new.  One was a foreclosure on New Concorde and the other was a short sale on Etruscan - so not much action in the actual seller new homes.
