We have only 27 single family homes for sale in Oak Hill/Herndon. Some houses that have been on the market over 120 days sold this week. We had 5 homes sell this week. It seems homes are still selling but the time on the market has increased dramatically and the prices seem to be depressed – which is to be expected this time of the year. Hopefully, we will have a stable 2012!
