The market is still showing a lot of strength and still maintaining a low inventory. There are 35 single family homes for sale in 20171. This is the beginning of the Spring market for seller's putting their homes on the market. We had 6 new homes come on the market. I sort of see about a $15,000 price increase on homes selling today over the Oct, Nov and Dec prices of last year.
