Not a great week but the market is moving along. Some noticeable increase in buyer phone calls and activities - which usually turns into more sale activity. There are 75 single family homes for sale in Herndon/Oak Hill - up from last week. There was a pretty big increase in number of new homes coming on  the market - 9 new listings - 3 of which were relisted homes. 3 homes sold this week which is an okay week so hopefully each week we will see a little more in the sold category.  I have 2 new listings on the market.
