The 20171 market continues to maintain itself. We have 50 single family homes for sale in Herndon/Oak Hill - one less than last week. We had 8 homes sell this week - one less than last week. The Washington Post had an article apparently this weekend that said the market has turned. They are usually  several months behind in their reporting because they wait on the statistics published by the Northern Virginia Board that follows when homes actually go to closing. The market has been strong for awhile and, hopefully, it will continue. We had 7 new listings - which is less than last week so it may be harder this week for buyers to find the home they they want - which makes it better for sellers.
