I hope everyone had a great 4th! The real estate market was a little slower this holiday week. We have 72 single family homes on the market in 20171. We had 11 new homes which is still quite a bit. We had only 4 homes sell this week, which is about almost 1/3 of the homes that sold the previous week. If not, our inventory will start increasing which puts more pressure on our listings and on our sale prices.
