The market did well this week but the showing activity in the houses has slowed down significantly. This is very normal for August - it is a huge vacation month, parents are getting their kids ready to go back to school and it hot to get in and out of houses. We have 61 active listings - so the number of listings/competition are not increasing which is good news for the sellers. We had 9 new listings but 3 of them were reissues so a net of 6 new listings.
