The market did well this week but the days on market is remaining at the 21 days to 60 days to sell - which is still really great. We have 61 active single family homes on the market - down 3 from last week. We had 7 new listings but 4 of them were reissued listings - which indicates agents are struggling to sell their listings and are trying to generate new interest by reissuing the listing or the sellers are hiring new agents.
