The market did well again this week. The inventory is up a little - the highest it has been for more than a year. There are 64 single family homes for sale in Oak Hill/Herndon. There has been a lot of bad press lately about the housing prices falling. We have seen a small decrease in price in the last two months but, again, it seems that they are talking about the rest of the country. We are not seeing the affect here in Fairfax County.
