The market did a little better this week but the inventory of single family homes is on the rise. There are now 77 single family versus the 72 we had last week. We had 10 new homes come on the market. To see those, click  http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?k=524916XJRPL&p=DE-144781596-863.  We had 9 home sell this week. Some of them were on the market quite a while. Three of them were on the market 153m 249 and 272 days respectfully. Overall, you can see that homes are staying on the market longer. Only 2 homes were on the market less than 30 days.  One of the homes actually had sold last week, lost its contract and then resold this week so the home ended up in the numbers for 2 weeks in a row. To see those homes, click http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?k=524916XJRPL&p=DE-144781632-9. Hopefully, we continue to sell 7 to 10 homes each week - the market should stay balanced and will work well for both buyers and sellers.
