HOT, HOT, HOT - the weather that is. The market continues to do pretty well through the hot summer months. We are getting close to August which is the slowest month of the year with vacations and parents getting their kids ready to go back to school. The inventory did not change from last week. There were 6 homes sold this week - which is still an acceptable number - 5 of those with list prices over $600,000 - so a good week for the higher valued homes.
