The market is still doing well; but this week's numbers may be an indication of the market slowing down. We do normally slow down as we get into June and school is out, kids are home, summer vacations starts and it gets to hot to get in and out of the car to see homes. It would be great if we continued to sell 6 houses a week through the summer. Hopefully it won't go down to 1 or 2 houses a week - that is a number when our market is not doing so well and the inventory starts increasing. We could afford an inventory increase and still have a great market since the inventory numbers are so low right now. We had 8 new listings come on the market this week.
