Happy Memorial Day! We have 41 single family homes on the market this week - up a net of 2 from last week. We had 5 homes sell last week, so less than the week before. The market is down from its high numbers of 10 to 12 homes selling per week and the all time high of 21 homes in the last week of April - the week that ended the government incentive program. The buyer traffic seems to be slowing down in the listings so it makes sense that the number of home sold also is falling. I am hoping we can keep about 6 homes selling each week.  We had 7 new listings.
