Another great week for real estate for both the buyers and the sellers. There were 55 active single family homes in 20171/Oak Hill for sale. There were 9 new listings that came on the market - two of which were relisted. There are very little, if any, foreclosures or short sales coming on the market - which is helping stabilize our market. It is looking better and better each week. I have a couple of great homes coming on the market with terrific back yards - they will be under "Coming Soon" in the next week - just got to get pictures without rain.
