An interesting week. It is hard to tell what the market is doing. We had a good week for sales. We had 8 homes sell this week, which is a good number. I think the very low interest rates are helping out so maybe we will weather the loss of the federal subsidy. The inventory has gone up to 47 single family homes up from 41. While this is a pretty big percentage increase - it still considered a low inventory for Oak Hill/Herndon. We had a lot of new listings come on the market this week. We had 13 new homes - a 32% increase in one week - when compared to the 41 we started out with. Enjoy your week!
