The market is doing well for sellers and the buyers are having a hard time finding a home for themselves. The inventory of single family homes in 20171 is now at 35, which is 4 less than last week and 5 away from the all time low in 2005. There were 6 new homes on the market this week. I put a new listing on this week and the home had 20 showings in 2 days - that is pretty close to what was happening in 2005. I am sure 2005 is not returning but I do think that till more homes come on the market, buyers will be competing with each other on the homes that are very desirable.
