I think the market did well for a Holiday week. There are 36 single family homes on the market in Oak Hill/Herndon. Of those, 3 received contracts. There were 5 new listings, to see those http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?ID=34180992253. The one on New Parkland was a reissue so a net of 4 new listings. The one on Rock Spray is a new short sale.  I don't expect to see many more new homes as we go through the Holiday season.
