The news to extend the buyer credit to existing homeowners did not seem to have any effect this week on our numbers. There were 39 single family homes on the market in 20171 - still a very low number - making it very hard for buyers to buy the right home. There were 5 new homes. To see those, click http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?k=524916XJRPL&p=DE-94783186-718. One was a reissue and none were short sales or foreclosures. I think the upcoming Holidays are slowing the market - so we probably won't see any monumental changes until the new year. Hard to believe 2010 is around the corner. There were only 2 homes sold last week - so again, very slow week. One of the homes was on the market for 1 day while the other was on the market 186 days.
