The market did slightly better this week as far as the number of homes that sold. I put 2 new listings on the market and they are receiving a lot of traffic so there are buyers are still out there. Three houses sold this week in 20171 but it still is not good news. We have 47 active homes on the market so still a little higher but we have room on that. We just need for the seller sold homes to keep moving.
