The market did well last week. The market seems to have picked up since it looks like there are 3 to 4 buyers coming through the listings with real estate agents each week. We were having one to two people through in the recent weeks. There were 8 buyers though an Open House that was held at one of my listings this weekend but 3 of the people were neighbors so not considered actual buyers - a fair number. We only had 2 new listings come on the market this week - which is sort of normal for us as we get closer to the Holiday season. We have only 40 single family homes on the market in all the price ranges in Oak Hill/Horned - a really low number. We had 8 homes sell this week - a great number. 7 of them were on the market over 30 days and more than half were on the market over 90 days. It will even be more of an interesting week this week if the number of new listings remain so low and out inventory keeps dropping.
