The market did slightly better than last week but still significantly less than what we were doing 3 weeks ago when 5 homes sold. We had 3 homes sell this week but one of them was a short sale so that really does not count. All three homes were on the market 55, 85 and 170 days.  Also, one of the sold homes is contingent on the sale of another home. In reality, one home actually sold this week but; at least, there was some other activity. When you see sellers taking contingent contracts, it indicates the market is slow. Otherwise, they would not be taking a contract contingent on selling another home.
