The market did well last week in Oak Hill/Herndon – at least, the homes in the Oakton High School District. We have 47 single family homes on the market – which is getting very low. We only had 3 new home come on the market, you can see the Holidays are coming and people are turning their attention elsewhere. We had a pretty great week in sales. Five of these homes were in the Oakton High School District and one was in Westfields.
