Well, I guess the  week before last was the week to sell your home if you wanted to get your home sold. The numbers this week are not as good. We have 41 single family homes for sale - which is still very low. There were 6 new homes that came on the market - 1 was a relist. We only had 2 homes sell this week and both of those were short sales - which is not an accurate picture of the market.
