Well. it was not a good week for real estate or the financial markets. This week in 20171, we sold 2 houses - one of which was a foreclosure. There are 72 homes on the market in Oak Hill and 4 new ones came on - one of which was a relist. I am glad this week is over and look forward to the next. On a positive side, the numbers of showings in the listings increased. Hopefully, all this is pointing us towards some pint up demand.
