THe market remained the same as last week. There is still a shortage of sellers and listings. I have 3 very active buyers looking for their new home without much success on finding one.  There were 5 new homes this week - so see those, click http://mrislistings.mris.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?ID=40272607955. There are 28 single family homes on the market in 20171 - Oak Hill/Herndon - so the inventory still remains very low. We had 4 homes sell but one of those was a short sale that my client walked away from and now they have another contract.
