Well we are off to a New Year and hopefully a much better year than last year. The active single family home listings in 20171 are down considerably to 66 homes the lowest that I can remember in a few years. 4 homes have sold since 12/20 - the rest have been taken off the market. I would assume a lot of the homes taken off were because of the holidays and will return to the market in the next 10 days. If not, the buyers will have slim pickings to purchase and the sellers with their homes in the best condition will do good. We will just have to watch.
